Overview

In this role you drive partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA & APAC for Optro’s GRC platform. You will set policy, processes, and delivery standards, enabling partners to succeed and scale. You’ll partner with Sales, Solutions, and Product to turn strategy into executable outcomes and continually improve enablement, tooling, and operating models. This is a high-impact, regional leadership role with a focus on delivering partner success and executive-ready updates. You’ll work in a fast-growing, collaborative environment that values customer-centricity and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution and delivery of Optro’s partner services strategy for EMEA/MENA/APAC
  • Lead partner enablement programs, training plans, and monthly updates on features and tooling
  • Build and operationalize Centres of Excellence, driving delivery readiness and scalability
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring delivery quality and capability growth
  • Coordinate with Sales, Alliances, Solutions, Services, and Product to ensure partner readiness and appropriate engagement models
  • Handle partner delivery escalations with root-cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
  • Provide executive-ready updates on performance, risks, and progress toward strategic outcomes
  • Develop expertise in partner services best practices with a growth path toward leadership

Key requirements

  • 8+ years related experience with at least 2 years on Optro or a GRC platform
  • Experience with enterprise software partners (training, escalations, monthly webinars)
  • Experience advising complex enterprise software implementations
  • Willingness to learn modules outside current scope and work across multifaceted teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting to senior audiences
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and operate autonomously while aligning to strategy
  • Analytical mindset to identify root causes and drive cross-functional improvements
