Administration Assistant | City Health Care Partnership CIC
This is a great opportunity to build skills in healthcare administration while supporting people at an important time in their lives.
You’ll be part of the Integrated Nursing & Conditions Service, working within the Specialist Palliative Care Multi‑Disciplinary Team. The team supports patients, families and clinicians by making sure information is accurate, timely and handled with care. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the service to enable the service to run smoothly to support clinical colleagues in their delivery of patient care
What you’ll do:
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the specialist palliative care service
- Manage records, correspondence and data with a high level of accuracy
- Support meetings, appointments and communication across the team
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Handle sensitive and emotive information with professionalism and compassion
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills
- Confidence using office systems and managing information
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- A respectful and thoughtful approach to sensitive situations
