Oak Furnitureland is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee the shift team and ensure KPI targets are met while maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards. The role covers planning resources, managing contractors, and solving daily operational challenges to keep the depot running efficiently.
The Shift Manager will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a PM shift from 1.30pm to 10pm, supporting continuous improvement and staff development across the operation.
