Head of HSE – UK-wide Safety Leader, 8 Sites & Travel

Irwin and Colton is seeking a senior Head of Health and Safety to own the safety strategy across a growing UK-wide operation spanning approximately eight sites, with nationwide travel. The role reports to the Managing Director and carries significant leadership responsibility for shaping strategy and a Safety First culture.

The ideal candidate will have proven senior H&S leadership in waste/recycling or high-risk settings, strong UK legislation knowledge, and a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
