Legal Counsel – Commercial Contracts & Procurement

UK Fusion Energy (UKFE) Ltd is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to advise across Commercial, Procurement, Programme Delivery, Engineering, Finance and Corporate Services. You will handle the full contract lifecycle from procurement strategy to dispute resolution, providing commercially focused legal guidance.

You will support tender evaluations, negotiate complex agreements, and help manage risk while partnering with non-legal colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
