Site Manager – Social Housing
Location: WarwickshireContract: 6 months initially, with potential for long-term/permanentPayrate: £32.00per hour / £250.00per day (Umbrella or CIS)
Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a retrofit programme across Warwick, Leamington Spa and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The role will involve managing multiple occupied properties, with around 5 properties opened and 5 completed each week.
Works include:
Roofing
Solar PV
Air Source Heat Pumps
Loft & external wall insulation
Asbestos removal
Windows & doors
Requirements:
Proven Site Management experience
Must havesocial housing, planned works, decarbonisation,refurbishment or retrofit background
SMSTS
CSCS Gold Card or Black Card– essential
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable managing multiple sites and subcontractors
