Park Avenue Recruitment is seeking an experienced Planned & Cyclical Works Surveyor to join a housing organisation in East London. This hands-on role manages planned and cyclical works from a technical and delivery perspective, with site inspections and contractor liaison.
You will oversee programmes, undertake surveys, provide technical advice, attend contract meetings and ensure quality and compliance across the full lifecycle of planned works.
