LD & Autism Keyworker – Children & Family Support

North London NHS Foundation Trust invites applicants for the LD and Autism Keyworker position. You will provide high quality support to children and young people with learning disabilities and autism, coordinating care across health, education and social care, and acting as a main contact for families.

The role aims to reduce crisis admissions, improve transitions, and promote community-based care. Band 6 registered professionals with experience in this field are encouraged to apply.
