Head Chef Designate — Lead Your Own London Kitchen

Smiths of Smithfield in London is seeking a Head Chef Designate to join a four-floor hospitality operation. You will spend three months training at Smiths of Smithfield and then lead your own kitchen within the Young’s estate, developing menus, coaching the team and delivering peak food quality.

The role requires passion for food, commercial awareness, and confident leadership to drive performance across GP, labour and service across multiple revenue streams.
