Commercial Performance Lead

NG Bailey Group is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial team across multiple frameworks and manage the commercial performance of projects.

You will advise on commercial risks and opportunities from tender through to completion, ensuring adherence to NEC3/4 contracts and robust KPI reporting. The role involves preparing management accounts, CVR, and monthly project reviews to support delivery against the financial plan.
