Overview
In this role, you will join a leading European private equity real estate investor’s London team to support principal investment activities across the UK and Western Europe. You will participate in the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, due diligence, and portfolio analysis, while preparing materials for Investment Committee reviews. You will work closely with cross-border teams to shape investment decisions across multiple asset classes. This is a hands-on, high-growth opportunity to deepen your expertise in European real estate investing within a prestigious platform.
Responsibilities

Key requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in private equity real estate, real estate investment banking / M&A, or a transaction-focused real estate environment
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience underwriting real estate investments
- Excellent analytical and academic credentials
- Strong interest in European real estate investing
- Fluent French or German is highly desirable
