Senior Business Analyst (M&A Change/Implementation) – London/Hybrid – Permanent – £70,000 – £80,000 base + bonus + benefits

My client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for a business-focused BA to support high-profile transformation and strategic change initiatives.

The role will cover business transformation, operating model design, process improvement and organisational change, with the opportunity to support M&A and post-acquisition integration activity.
n
n
This is not a technology focused BA role. We're looking for someone who understands how a business operates, can work across functions and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:
n
- n
- Supporting M&A / post-acquisition integration activity where relevant
- Supporting strategic business transformation and change initiatives
- Working with business leaders and stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and shape practical solutions
- Developing Target Operating Models (TOMs) and future-state ways of working
- Assessing current-state processes, identifying gaps and designing improvements

What we're looking for:
n
- n
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Change Manager within Financial Services or a highly regulated environment
- Strong experience delivering business change and transformation
- M&A / post-acquisition integration experience is highly beneficial
- A strong understanding of how businesses operate, with the ability to work across functions and translate business needs into practical change
- Experience with Target Operating Models, operating model design, process transformation or organisational change
