The role oversees multi-site safety across 16 prison sites, providing leadership and coaching to site Health & Safety Coordinators, and ensures risk management and policy implementation.
Extensive travel is required. The position is permanent, 39 hours per week, with a hybrid/remote working arrangement and responsibilities across sites from the West Country to Buckinghamshire.
