Responsibilities

• Manage a varied private client caseload (Wills, Estate Administration, Trusts, Tax, LPAs)
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business opportunities
• Mentor and support junior team members
• Operate independently within a busy, dynamic environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier legal services
• Contribute to business development and growth efforts

Key requirements

• 3-5 years PQE (ideally)
• STEP/SFE accredited or intention to qualify
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive, well-organised and resourceful
• Ability to manage a busy caseload
• Mentor experience or willingness to guide juniors
