Specialist Clinical Pharmacist — Hospital & Primary Care

Midlothian Health and Social Care Partnership is seeking a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (AFC Band 7) to contribute to a dual-site clinical pharmacy service across Midlothian Community Hospital and primary care settings.

The role focuses on Medicines of the Elderly rehabilitation, Hospital Based Complex Care and Psychiatry beds, delivering clinical pharmacy services, and supporting capacity challenges with multidisciplinary teams and non-medical prescribing. PVG membership is required.
