Strategic VP Finance – SaaS, PE-Backed, UK/US Lead

Finatal in London is seeking a commercially minded VP Finance to lead the finance function across UK, France and US in a high-growth SaaS business backed by PE. Reporting to the CEO, this role will own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting to Board and investors, and cash management while building the finance team as the company scales.

You will develop and monitor SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn, CAC, LTV), influence strategic decision-making, and partner with the CEO and leadership team.
