Store Manager: Lead a Pop-Up to Flagship Launch

Village Hotels is launching a unique Starbucks pop-up in Sheffield, starting December 2026, where you will recruit and train founding baristas and operate a high-energy container during construction. You will shepherd the move to a full flagship store and drive the business with a strong commercial mindset.

The role requires owning the P&L, budgeting, stock control, and maintaining brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences for crews and hotel guests.
