Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing data partners
- Engage with industry professionals via phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Represent With Intelligence and articulate the value of data products
- Support onboarding of new data partners and ensure timely data collection
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth data submission and resolution of obstacles
- Partner with Data, Editorial, Sales, Marketing, and Events to support business objectives
- Share market insights and identify opportunities to strengthen industry relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM records and support reporting requirements
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Up to three years in a customer-facing, client services, sales support, recruitment, events, business development, account management, or relationship-focused role (advantageous but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport across seniority levels and cultures
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and collaborative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office; comfortable with CRM systems and databases
- Interest in technology, automation, and process improvement (beneficial)
