Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking a Senior Structural Analysis Engineer to join our Silverstone engineering group. You will drive structural simulations and optimisations across race car systems to deliver weight-efficient, robust designs and on-track performance.
You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and apply advanced FEA techniques and laminate theory to critical components, from concept to deployment, in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
