Overview
As a Partners in Performance Manager at Accenture in London, you will lead engagements across business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimization and commercial due diligence. Responsibilities
- Lead engagements and oversee end-to-end delivery
- Manage and coach Senior Associates/Associates/Business Analysts
- Maintain direct client relationships and ensure collaboration across teams
- Structure and prioritise work to address root causes and deliver outcomes
- Drive delivery quality without handing over work to others
Key requirements
- Consulting experience in a T1 strategy firm
- Outstanding academic results
- University degree with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills
- MBA would be an advantage
- Track record of delivering tough targets under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to structure and prioritise work
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers
- Ability to influence, multitask, and manage expectations and deadlines
