EMEA Regional Crisis Manager

Overview

In this Regional Crisis Manager role, you advance and operationalize the Crisis Management program within the Physical Security function. You lead regional Crisis Management Teams, manage readiness, training, and exercises, and coordinate real-time crisis responses with cross-functional partners. You monitor threats, translate insights into actions, and drive post-incident reviews to close gaps. The position offers regional impact, stakeholder engagement with senior leaders, and international travel to support global resilience.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Crisis Management strategy, standards and practices across the region
• Lead and coordinate regional CMTs, maintain rosters and response plans
• Design and deliver CMT training, risk-based exercises and workshops
• Lead real-time CMT activations and coordinate post-incident reviews
• Monitor threats, update risk registers and strengthen preparedness
• Build relationships with regional partners and senior leaders to drive program improvement
• Mentor Crisis Specialists and junior team members
