Softcat is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders and translate objectives into actionable requirements. The role focuses on optimizing processes across Sales, Customer Service and related modules, with hands-on experience of Dataverse and Power Platform.

You will run discovery sessions, map processes, create user stories and work with an Agile squad to deliver measurable value. Hybrid role across Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Marlow with flexible hours.
