As a Quality Steering Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, you will contribute to the governance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System. You’ll collaborate across functions to support new model topics and quality initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in a world-class automotive environment. You’ll work on inspecting and reporting defects, analyzing warranty data, and helping implement quality processes. Responsibilities

• Support daily tasks and longer-term quality projects within Quality Steering
• Assist with plant problem management and new model topics coordination
• Contribute to implementing quality-related processes for product improvement
• Support analysis and implementation of quality improvements
• Assist with new vehicle inspection and defect reporting
• Assist with warranty data analysis

Key requirements

• Studying Bachelor’s or integrated Master’s in Engineering, on track for 2:2 or above
• Knowledge in Quality Management is advantageous but not required
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Capable of taking tasks from concept to implemented solution
