Product Manager, Fintech – Viber Pay

Overview

As a Product Manager for Viber Pay, you own the fintech product strategy, roadmap, and execution across markets. You will lead cross-functional squads to improve KPIs through data-driven experiments, while balancing security with seamless user experiences under compliance and fraud constraints. You’ll scale global fintech features, shape product outcomes, and partner with Support, Marketing, and Compliance. This role offers impact across a fast-growing super-app ecosystem and fintech expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Viber Pay area from ideation to launch
• Define success metrics, own KPIs, and iterate based on post-launch data
• Validate hypotheses with experimentation, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking
• Identify UX bottlenecks and reduce drop-off through user journey insights
• Incorporate Risk, Fraud, and KYC requirements into user flows with balance of security and usability
• Factor local market data and trends into decisions across global markets
• Lead a squad of engineers and designers and align with Support, Marketing, and Compliance

Key requirements

• 7+ years as a Product Manager in Fintech or Consumer Payments
• Strong B2C mobile app experience with quantitative understanding of mobile UX
• Exceptional analytical skills with use of product analytics, experiments, and hypothesis testing
• Commercial mindset linking product decisions to revenue, cost, and growth
• Cross-functional leadership with data-driven consensus building
• Fluent English with ability to translate data concepts to stakeholders
• 0-to-1 consumer product experience
