Senior Night Care Lead – Team Leader & Care Plans

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Care Assistant to lead a care team within a residential home. You will train and supervise staff on shift, including delegation of duties, and assist with medication administration and updating resident care plans and risk assessments.

The role involves liaising with GPs, district nurses and families to ensure personalised, dignity- preserving care and a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
