HireHi is building Eliza, an AI agent for social care inquiries. You will own Eliza’s conversational surfaces from voice to chat, spanning speech-to-text, models, prompting, and voice design. Manage evaluations, establish quality bars, and drive decisions tied to provider occupancy.

Collaborate with Account Management, Customer Care, and Sales to ensure smooth launches. You will shape onboarding flows and handoffs, prioritising families’ experiences and trust.
