Chilled Warehouse Operative – Reach Truck & PPT (4-on/4-off)

CML is hiring a General Warehouse Operative in Lutterworth. The role offers 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, including weekends, in a chilled warehouse environment. You will operate PPT and Reach Truck equipment to move stock, pick orders, and contribute to safe, efficient operations.

The position requires PPT and Reach Truck licences, ability to meet KPIs, and good verbal and numerical skills. Training and development opportunities are available.
