Senior Manager-Digital Product Management

Overview

In this role you will drive the delivery of priority technology outcomes across International Card Services, aligning product plans with engineering delivery. You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Technology Delivery, Operations and Business teams to translate priorities into executable plans and manage risks and dependencies. The position focuses on strengthening portfolio governance, delivery planning, and cross-team collaboration at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping how technology and product roadmaps converge to deliver customer value.

Responsibilities

• Surface trade-offs and sequencing choices across Product, Technology and Business teams with clear options and recommendations
• Lead and track delivery of priority technology initiatives aligning plans with outcomes
• Coordinate Pre-PI Planning, Scrum-of-Scrums and cross-team planning forums
• Manage impediments, risks, issues, dependencies and resourcing across teams
• Establish integrated delivery and release plans clarifying milestones and commitments
• Translate product strategies and customer needs into executable technology plans
• Support portfolio governance with integrated view of priorities, roadmaps, progress and key decisions
• Build executive-level communications on delivery progress, roadmaps and risks
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships to resolve competing priorities and maintain alignment
• Define and improve demand management, capacity planning, delivery governance and metrics

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or comparable experience
• Strong knowledge of technology delivery, programme/project management, SDLC and Agile
• Strong knowledge of product and portfolio management, roadmaps, prioritisation and governance
• Experience with multi-team planning and delivery and PI Planning or similar approaches
• Experience leading complex technology programmes across multiple teams and platforms
• Experience translating business priorities into executable technology plans
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and competing priorities and escalating to senior leadership
• Experience operating in a large, matrixed organisation and building stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated technology delivery leadership with product/portfolio management experience
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple markets, regions or business units (desirable)
