Manager, Treasury New Products (Crypto & Digital Assets Lead)

Overview

In this role you partner with Product and Treasury to translate innovative product ideas into practical, scalable Treasury-focused processes. You will lead the global crypto and blockchain initiatives from a Treasury perspective, driving digital assets native projects and ensuring robust risk controls and seamless integration with fiat payments. You’ll develop cross-domain expertise, guide governance for New Products, and shape the infrastructure required to support growth. This is a chance to influence Checkout’s digital asset strategy at scale within a fast-paced, collaborative fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Legal to shape crypto/digital asset opportunities from the Treasury perspective
• Serve as primary point of contact for Product teams and Treasury SMEs to enable alignment and smooth communication
• Own business requirements by translating treasury and risk management needs into actionable product specifications
• Lead digital assets native treasury initiatives and implement modernized treasury tooling and infrastructure
• Ensure operational readiness with robust data flows, risk controls, and ready-to-scale processes
• Develop cross-domain expertise across Checkout’s infrastructure to resolve fiat vs. digital asset integration challenges
• Support governance, operating models, frameworks and enterprise-level alignment for New Products

Key requirements

• Hands-on crypto wallets or digital assets ecosystem experience
• Treasury/Finance change management or Product Management with exposure to payments infrastructure and funds flow
• Proven stakeholder management across multiple workstreams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proactive approach
• Clear verbal and written communication of technical concepts
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
