What does the day of a Regional Operations Manager look like?

  • Provide effective leadership in the stated geographical region, and contribute to leadership throughout the business.
  • Providing leadership to the Service Managers within designated region, with responsibility for optimising utilisation of resources effectively and efficiently to get the best results.
  • Promote a strong personalisation/individual care and support ethos, striving to achieve the highest standards of person-centered planning and personalised support.
  • Work in partnership with regulatory and legislative bodies, maintaining positive, open communication and relationships.
  • Support management working in under-performing business units and develop effective action plans to achieve business targets.
  • Provide strong leadership to the Registered Managers, setting, encouraging and personally promoting the highest standards of care/support and performance.
  • Ensure an effective supervision and appraisal system is implemented and effectively maintained at all times.
