Overview

In this role you will lead ESPA’s trade marketing across the luxury spa, wellness and hospitality channel, translating brand strategy into engaging spa activations and partner experiences. You’ll drive high-impact campaigns, therapist engagement and retail programmes to strengthen ESPA’s presence in premium hospitality. This position sits at the crossroads of brand, commercial and experience, shaping luxury spa marketing that delivers measurable business impact and elevates the ESPA brand.

Responsibilities

  • Lead trade marketing activity across retail, B2B and spa channels with a balance of commercial priorities and spa needs
  • Develop and execute launch plans, seasonal campaigns, activations, in-store/in-spa merchandising and retail animation
  • Manage B2B events, trade showcases, sell-in and sell-out initiatives
  • Grow spa partnerships through programmes with sales and account teams to boost bookings, spa retail and brand visibility
  • Create therapist engagement initiatives, activation toolkits and education campaigns to drive product confidence and sales
  • Build partnerships with luxury hospitality and wellness partners, managing stakeholder relationships
  • Translate ESPA’s brand world into immersive spa experiences, including new treatments, seasonal experiences and retail storytelling
  • Measure performance and optimise activity to achieve spa retail growth, treatment performance and ROI

Key requirements

  • Strong trade marketing experience within beauty, wellness, luxury, hospitality or related sector
  • Understanding of the spa and wellness industry
  • Experience developing and executing B2B and partner marketing programmes
  • Commercial awareness with performance data
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and strategic partners
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Creative approach to brand activation and experiential marketing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
