Executive PA & Club Operations Coordinator

Ealing Trailfinders in West London is seeking an organised, proactive Operations Coordinator/PA to join our team. You will support the Managing Director and senior leaders, coordinate meetings and prepare operational documentation, and help run day-to-day club operations.

The role covers accommodation management for players and staff, supplier coordination, invoicing and financial reporting, with flexible hours for the right candidate. A full UK driving licence is essential.
