Job Description:
Peterborough City Council’s Legal Service is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Lawyer with extensive public sector experience. You will provide legal advice on housing, debt recovery, judicial reviews, and business rate disputes, and lead governance advice for officers.
You will conduct advocacy in the County Court and occasionally cover Magistrates Court hearings on SJP matters, supporting a busy Litigation team and internal client departments across the Council.
