Property Solicitor — Local Authority with Flexible Working

Tandridge District Council is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Property Solicitor to join our in-house Local Authority Legal Team at Oxted. You will advise on residential and commercial property matters and support housing law knowledge.

You will build strong relationships with staff and external contacts, supervise Legal Assistants and Paralegals, and manage a portfolio including lease extensions and Right to Buy purchases.
