SAP SuccessFactors Manager – Employee Central and Compensation

Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager, you’ll be a key expert on SAP SuccessFactors delivery, shaping design and configuration for Employee Central and Compensation. You’ll work closely with clients to capture business needs, translate them into robust designs, and lead functional workstreams on long-term projects. Your hands-on configuration and mentoring will help deliver valuable HR solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers hands-on impact, potential to lead teams, and opportunities to influence HR technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for Employee Central and Compensation modules
• Lead a workstream and/or support design, configuration, testing and deployment of EC and Compensation functionality
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solution designs and configuration
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules
• Support data migration, integrations (Payroll, Finance, Talent) and security design
• Produce high-quality functional specifications, design documents and end-user documentation
• Participate in client workshops, presentations and training sessions
• Translate business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions
• Deliver 2–3 full lifecycle EC and/or Compensation implementations

Key requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors knowledge in Employee Central and Compensation
• Proven track record of delivering 2–3 full lifecycle EC/Compensation implementations
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certifications essential
• Experienced consultant capable of leading functional workstreams and coordinating with clients
