Construction Tutor (Multi Skills)

Are you an experienced construction tutor with skills across more than one trade?

We’re recruiting a Multi-Trade Tutor in Manchester to deliver practical construction training to learners from Entry Level 3 through to Level 1.

You’ll deliver across areas including:

• Plastering
• Joinery
• Tiling
• Bricklaying
• Painting & Decorating

The role:

• Deliver practical workshop-based construction training
• Teach and assess Entry Level and Level 1 learners
• Plan engaging practical sessions
• Monitor and support learner progress
• Adapt delivery for different learner abilities
• Support learners with additional needs where required

What we’re looking for:

• Strong practical construction experience
• Experience across multiple trades
• Level 3 teaching qualification
• Previous teaching/training experience
• Good communication and learner-engagement skills

You don’t need to be an expert in every trade listed. We’re looking for someone with good all‑round construction knowledge who is comfortable delivering across several areas.
