Supplier Quality Engineer

Supplier Quality Engineer Peterlee | 12-Month Contract | £37.63 per hour Umbrella | Fully Onsite We’re looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to support a leading manufacturing organisation in Peterlee. You’ll work across a variety of supplier quality and project activities, supporting engineering, procurement, supply chain, and quality teams while driving quality improvements across the supply base. Key Requirements

• Strong Supplier Quality Engineering experience.
• Proven APQP and PPAP knowledge.
• Experience leading quality or supplier-related projects.
• Strong supplier management and procurement understanding.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
• Experience with supplier selection, development, and quality planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Background within automotive, manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, rail, FMCG, or similar industries.
• Ideally 5+ years’ relevant experience.
