Anglian Water is seeking a strategic People Capability Partner to shape how we understand and grow capability across the business. You’ll work with senior leaders to design and embed capability solutions, using data-driven insights to support workforce decisions and enterprise strategy.
You’ll develop frameworks, govern the taxonomy, and lead capability projects that strengthen readiness and delivery across the Anglian Water region, with hybrid working and occasional travel.
