Senior Children’s Residential Lead & Deputy Manager

MD2 Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker / Deputy Manager in Burton upon Trent. You will lead shifts, support care planning and help maintain high standards of care for young people.

Experience in children’s residential care, safeguarding understanding, and a full UK driving licence are essential. You will work with the management team to provide a safe, supportive home and mentor staff on shift.
