Pursuits Advisor

Pursuits Advisor – major insurance law firm, Birmingham / London based, competitive salary

This Pursuit Advisor role is a great opportunity to be part of a well-established pursuit/bid function. The pursuit team takes a proactive, client‑centric approach to pursuits, rather than just reacting to bid requests.

You’ll be part of a progressive firm that puts employees first and a growing, close‑knit marketing and business‑development function with a presence in APAC, UK, EMEA, the US and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Produce pitches and presentations in response to RFPs from clients
• Work on global pitches and large panel responses
• Identify service propositions, the wider market and the firm’s service offerings
• Promote a “bid pipeline” culture rather than a reactive response to bids
• Ensure all research is included as part of the pursuit strategy

Qualifications

• Significant experience in bid/pursuit management within professional services
• Knowledge of the insurance sector preferred
• Excellent project.radio, and written communication skills
