Onboarding & Adoption Specialist

AlphaSense in London is seeking a Customer Success Associate to help clients get value from the platform through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement. You will guide new users through onboarding and surface early signs of low usage to trigger action.

You will work with Account Managers, support teams, and product partners to improve the client journey, with a focus on adoption, retention, and expanding platform usage across industries.
