Gracey’s Pizza in London and Hertfordshire is seeking a Head of Dough to lead the pizza operation, own the dough programme, and ensure exceptional quality, consistency and pace across services. You’ll manage fermentation, production and presentation while upholding the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
