Director of Early Help, Family Support & Safeguarding

Woodlands School is seeking an experienced safeguarding leader to drive welfare and pastoral support across the site. You will lead on attendance, safeguarding, and early help, coordinating with families and external professionals to secure positive outcomes.

The role requires strong data analytics, multi‑agency collaboration, and the ability to coach staff. An DSL background and knowledge of SEND/SEMH are essential to support learners and ensure statutory compliance.
