Helpdesk & Ops Coordinator – Hybrid, Temp-to-Perm

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Administrator in Enfield to join a busy team on a temp-to-perm basis with hybrid working after an initial period. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of £16.22 per hour (Umbrella).

You will raise and allocate work orders, liaise with clients, subcontractors and operatives, book appointments, process timesheets, maintain documentation, update WIP reports, and ensure contract compliance in daily operations.
