Responsibilities

• Manage on-site delivery of Social Housing / Decent Homes projects
• Coordinate site activities, health & safety, and quality control
• Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with project programs, budgets, and client requirements
• Maintain effective communication with clients, site management, and office-based teams

Key requirements

• Experience on Social Housing / Decent Homes projects for a reputable main contractor
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent managerial skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Good written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word or equivalent software
