Project Manager – Development and Disposals
TT is looking for a Project Manager to join its Projects Team, supporting the Development & Disposals function across planning, disposals, demolition, due diligence and development activity. This is a new role to support the delivery of large-scale and exciting projects. The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, with a track record in residential development project management, and will work closely with Senior Project Managers as they build ownership of their own projects. Full support and guidance will be provided throughout. They will be responsible for the technical and construction aspects of live schemes, from tendering technical surveys through to managing budgets, consultants and contracts, while supporting the wider team on planning, disposals and development activity nationwide.
