People Administrator Location: Banbridge Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-3pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented People Administrator to join a growing and innovative organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. This role sits within a busy People & Talent team and offers the opportunity to support a wide range of HR activities while developing your career in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the People Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of efficient and professional HR administration services across the business. Your responsibilities will include payroll administration, employee onboarding, HR systems management, reporting, and providing first-line support for employee queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processes by collating and validating employee information.
- Process employee lifecycle changes including starters, leavers, salary amendments and contractual updates.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including contracts, offer documentation and compliance checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
- Produce HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wider HR projects.
- Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and managers.
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in line with data protection requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of one year’s experience within an HR Administrator, People Administrator or HR support role.
- Experience supporting payroll administration.
- Experience coordinating onboarding activities.
- Previous experience maintaining HR records and using HR systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
