Customer Service Team Lead – Food Wholesaling

The Booker Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a team of over 40 colleagues within our Food Wholesaling operations. You will be part of the store’s management team, stepping in as Duty Manager at times through the week to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

You’ll drive compliance with legal standards and company procedures, oversee cash handling, payroll records, and customer satisfaction, and collaborate with department Supervisors to monitor orders for delivery.
