You will help deliver excellent customer service, maintain high store standards and support the responsible retailing of alcohol.
Main duties include:
Serving customers in a polite and professional mannerOperating tills and handling paymentsStock replenishment and merchandisingChecking deliveries and maintaining stock levelsKeeping the store clean, tidy and well presentedFollowing Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol retailing proceduresSupporting daily store operations
Supervisor duties will also include:
Opening and closing the storeLeading and supporting team membersCash handling and end-of-day proceduresEnsuring compliance with company policies and standardsHelping drive sales and excellent customer service
We are looking for applicants who are:
Friendly, reliable and punctualConfident dealing with customersAble to work evenings and weekendsTrustworthy and professionalInterested in retail and customer servicePrevious retail or off-sales experience is desirable but not essential
Applicants must be 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol.
