Senior Support Lead for Youth Care & Respite Home

Eco Wings & Nights LTD seeks a Senior Support Worker – Social Care at our respite home to lead a team and enhance the lives of young adults with additional needs. You will assist the manager, plan activities, provide personal care, and ensure medication handling and safety.

Ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete) and experience in supervisory duties within social care.
